holiday shipping (month of december):
if your order is placed by monday, december 19th it will be shipped via first class usps mail by wednesday, december 21st.
all orders placed after monday, december 19th will not be shipped until january 3rd.
regular shipping (january-november): all pieces are created, and then packed, by hand. allow 8-10 days before your order is shipped. your order will be shipped via usps and domestic shipping is free.
returns and exchanges: because each piece is handmade, we cannot accept returns. if you would like to exchange one piece for another this must be done within 10 days of receipt of your piece. please email chirp@truebirds.com with your order information and we will give you an exchange approval number.
